About Us
The Envicon Group has been developing, manufacturing and constructing environmentally compatible components and plants for more than a decade. The use of state of the art process engineering in the fields of plant construction and component manufacturing enable us to find perfected and flexible solutions to our environmental problems. Our dedicated team of process, mechanical and electrical engineers, offers innovative, cost effective solutions for a whole range of wastewater applications. We work directly with clients or through our partner companies to help solve any type of process problems. A large part of our equipment range is manufactured in-house, which enables us to control and maintain the highest quality standards. Our creativity and flexibility guarantee our mutual and continued success.

Envicon's sphere of activity includes the entire field of wastewater and exhaust air treatment and thermal separation processes. We supply individual components as well as complete systems, processes and turnkey plants. One of our specialised areas is the development of software specifically for designing process engineering components. In addition to the group headquarters in Dinslaken, we also have sales agencies at home and in the Near East, as well as a branch office in Poland. The large number of authorized Envicon agencies ensures that customer service is always close at hand.

Process Control Systems
Envicon Emirates integrate divers automation platforms from Siemens, Alan Bradley, ABB, Schneider, GE Fanuc, Intellution-ifix and Citect Manufacturers among others.
In the ever-changing market, keeping expert technical manpower for high performance process and engineering expertise is a big challenge for system integrators. We provide innovative engineering services in the field of Automation for designing, procurement and execution support and testing, commissioning and supervision. We outsource engineering services to international clients as well.
We standardise total engineering which depends on the client's requirements starting from the selection of field instruments, calculation of the PLC I/O list to suit the control philosophy of the plant operation, detailed engineering and project approval documentation.
The major industries that we cater to include Desalination Plants, Pumping Stations, Waste Water Treatment, Chlorination, Lube Oil Blending, Offshore HVAC, and Marine Field etc.
Engineering Services
We take immense pleasure to introduce ourselves as the pioneer in providing services and solution based technologies, with a solid reputation as a leader in implementing and maintaining SCADA, Communication, PLC, Instrumentation and Electrical and Mechanical projects.
Some of our expertise, services and related activities include:
- Design, assembly, installation and complete testing and commissioning for remote terminal unit (RTU) for new substations up to Kv.
- Upgrade and refurbishing work for RTU in existing live substations for various vendors
- Design assembly, installation and complete testing and commissioning for corss connection cubicle used for interfacing plant side with the RTU in the above substations
- Plant installation cabling with relevant tray works, terminations and testing
- Fiber optics solutions, exchanges and multiplexers
- Well versed with RTU's of reputed make like ABB, GE-Harris, Selta, Alstom/Cegelac etc.
Site Installation Testing and Commissioning
MEP for pumping station works including but not limited to:
- Pumps and valves installations

Apart from pumping station works we have immense expertise in design, assembly and installation, and testing and commissioning of:

We have a dedicated panel assembly workshop in Ajman equipped with a full testing facility and we can also successfully conduct FAT (factory acceptance test) for our clients.

- Street lighting – we are experts in all kinds of street lighting projects including decorative and made-to-order lights
- HV switch gears and transformers
- Generators supply installation and commissioning with ATS and required synchronisation panels
- LV switch gears panels and capacitor banks, indicators, contractors and relays
- Complete panel assembly components – we have a state of art panel assembly department in Ajman catering to all sort of panel assembly-like control panels for utilities and industries, change over, motor and generator control cabinets, cross connection cubicles, etc.

Envicon always believes in quality-based service and for that we have a dedicated QA/QC section which strictly follows our guide lines in total quality management.
